We have the courage and the explorer’s gene because we love to experiment. That’s why we combine natural herbs from different corners of the world to create unique herb blends for each of our cold cuts individually. The uniqueness of our delicacies comes from both the precisely selected health-promoting herbs and the traditional smoking techniques developed over the years, without the need for boiling the cold cuts. Our attention is primarily focused on providing exquisite and healthy cold cuts. “The Castle of Flavor” is not just a reflection of nature and health but also a new tradition that we are creating ourselves.
